    3. Pick and choose activities: Scan through the activities in each section and select those that align with your goals, audience, training topic, and your own approach to learning.
    4. Curate your agenda flow: Once you’ve chosen your activities, delete what you don’t need or add it to your parking lot for later. Drag and drop additional activities into place and ensure your learning flow is fit for purpose.
    5. Customize your instructions: Tailor the instructions of each activity to suit your specific session and its topic. 
    6. Review time durations: Double-check the time allocations for each phase and activity. You want to ensure there’s enough room for participants to engage deeply without feeling rushed. When in doubt: be a time pessimist instead of a time optimist! Your future self will thank you.
    7. Check for flow and engagement: Make sure your agenda flow creates a seamless experience that will help meet the goal for your session.
