Instead of talking about values that are underlying of the organizations' employees are encouraged to show these values as pictures from magazines. This way it is easier to show, tell and understand perceptions.

This activity helps participants value each other, by focusing on the tiniest actions of kindness. Could be used at the end of a session or workshop.

Give people a chance to explain their priorities in their own words by inviting them to create a care package for a specific purpose.
If you are working with a team or company that already has a list of values, and are looking for a dynamic activity to refresh participants' knowledge and understanding of those values, look no further. By using embodied and spatial knowledge, this activity will make values basically unforgettable for all involved.
Exercise to show that thinking in categories and principles is helpful and necessary and at the same time, these categories and principles should be checked on a regular basis.
