Story is told one word or one sentence at a time

In pairs in front of the class to demonstrate, then everyone.

People take turns sharing how they feel and stating what they do when they feel the way someone else is feeling. 

Start with eye contact instructions (2 groups) & mingle
switch roles & mingle
choose and change status
Explore external vs. internal

Pass a simultaneous clap around the circle

In small groups, speaker must hold eye contact with each person for 5 seconds at a time while speaking about any topic

2 people each think of a word that is a combination of 2 previous words, attempting to land on the same word.

One person moves and the rest of the group freezes. Then another person 'takes' focus. 

2 players improvise a scene, and make distinct strong physical and vocal choices.

Then the roles are reversed, and each player plays the other's character, in the same scene, same location.

words are passed like gifts in the group

Both people talk at the same time, saying the same thing.
